The Gemotion rivet includes two parts that simply snap together. Use the rivets to join two fired or sheet silver pieces together to create a swing action, or mount them in a hollow space so they can move freely. You can even add a rivet to a piece of leather, or embed the bezel set gemstone part alone!

How to use:

• To close the rivet, press the bezel rim with a flat metal tool, moving around the bezel to achieve an even closure, until you hear a click sound.
• To use a 4mm Ø Gemotion stone as a rivet, you will need to drill a 4.5mm Ø hole.
• If you’d like to create a sliding gemstone, make sure the channel is between 4.2mm - 4.8mm wide. This is to enable it to slide around freely without falling out. Ensure that the thickness of your silver is less than 1.8mm.
