Wanaree Tanner Die Cut Roller Handle for Die Cut Rollers.

This roller handle is designed for use with Wanaree Tanners Die Cut Rollers Bezels and Designs and Granulation.

To use, place the Die Cut Roller onto the Roller Handle with the alignment edge (flat edge) facing outwards and place the black O-ring onto the Roller Handle flush against the alignment edge. Use the brush tip on the Wanaree Tanner Eco Release Pen and brush the lubricant vigorously over the Die Cut Roller and any parts of the roller that may touch the clay such as the barrel cap. Ensure you get into all the small indents and do this a few times around the roller, two clicks of the pen should be plenty as too much lubricant can affect the design.

Once your clay has been rolled out onto your work surface to the thickness recommend for the specific Die Cut Roller, hold the roller at a 45 degree angle and press the roller against the clay keeping an even pressure and speed, you can roll towards or away from yourself. To get a completely straight design line the alignment edge up with a straight object such as a ruler.

Once the design has been cut, use a straight, flat blade to remove the excess clay from the design being careful not to damage the design itself.
