Wire Rounder 1.2mm or 1.8mm

This tool is so useful for anyone using wires in their work. It is used to round of your wire after it has been cut. Also called a cup bur.

You should use a wire rounder tool to smooth the sharp, flat edges of wire after it has been cut, creating a rounded, safe finish for jewellery-making or other wire-wrapping applications. This prevents sharp ends from poking, making pieces like earring hooks comfortable and safe to wear.

Simply place the wire end in the cup, whilst pressing the wire firmly into the cup, turn the tool round and round until the edge of your wire has been rounded and smoothed off. The inside serrations file down the sharp edges to smooth them off.
