It could be that your order is very heavy or large, or you might live in a remote area, we might have to use a courier - if this is the case and it will affect your cost or delivery time, we will contact you.

EXTRA DELIVERY OPTIONS FOR UK DELIVERIES

If you chose one of the two options below we will resend (or refund) your order straight away if it has not arrived after 7 working days, rather than having to ask you to wait the standard 15 working days after shipping.

Royal Mail won’t class a parcel as missing until 15 days have passed. As we know that is a long time to wait (we've done it ourselves!) we set up these options to be able to help you faster. Please note that on rare occasions, a product might have sold out since you placed the order - if that happens and you don’t want to wait, we'll refund you.

Recorded Delivery - £3.49

A safe way to send important or urgent orders. A signature will be required. If your parcel is heavy, this option might not be possible and we will use a courier instead.

Special Delivery - £5.50

The safest and fastest way to send valuable orders. It will guarantee your parcel is delivered the next working day before 1pm (if you place your order before 10am). A signature will be required. If your parcel is heavy, this option might not be possible and we will use a courier instead.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY, INCLUDING THE CHANNEL ISLANDS

EU countries only - £8.50 (if your parcel is very heavy this might be more, if so, we will contact you with a quote)

For Channel Islands we have had to set the same charge. The reason for this is that if we have to send by courier we are being charged European prices. If your parcel is light and we can send it via Royal Mail it will cost us the same as UK delivery - if you think your parcel is light, write us a note and we can refund the difference to your account as a store credit.

At the moment we only ship to countries within the EU. Shipping outside the EU has in the past caused issues with high shipping charges, extortionate shipping insurance costs, and customs problems. Unfortunately this meant we didn't feel we could guarantee a smooth, fast, and secure service for a decent price, so have decided to ship within EU only. Our apologies.
