Our shipping costs are based on weight, shipping address, and what is in the order. You will only see the options available for your order at the checkout page.
The shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost and options. On rare occasions the true shipping cost could be higher due to factors the website has not calculated. If this happens we will contact you with the correct shipping cost for your approval before proceeding with your order.
UK SHIPPING OPTIONS
Standard - from £2.95
(2-3 day service. Normally sent with Royal Mail but can vary)
Royal Mail 24 - from £3.65
(Royal Mail aim to deliver next day*)
FedEx Economy - from £5.95
(2-3 days service - often delivered in 1-2 days*)
FedEx - from £6.95
(Next working day service before close of business*)
DPD - from £7.95
(Next working day service, usually with 1 hour delivery slot given*)
Royal Mail Special Delivery** - from £7.95
(Next working day by 1pm)
SATURDAY DPD - from £18.95
(Saturday delivery service*)
SATURDAY Royal Mail Special Delivery** - from £11.95
(Saturday delivery by 1pm)
*Timed services are not guaranteed.
Once posted, we can only rely on the carrier to get the parcel to you. This means that we simply cannot guarantee delivery dates.
We use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, but we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries. We'll do our best to inform you of any delays we are aware of.
We are not able to refund delivery costs even for an upgraded delivery.
COURIER SHIPPING TO NON MAINLAND UK
Some areas of the UK, like Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight, are classed as non-mainland, or out of delivery area when it comes to shipping with couriers. Here are our shipping costs for these areas.
ROYAL MAIL
Royal Mail shipping charges are as the standard UK shipping options;

COURIER
Couriers apply extended area surcharges to locations outside what they call "mainland UK". Shipping charge will be based on this shipping post code.
For these areas courier deliveries start at:
DPD - from £16.95
(1-2 working day service, usually with 1 hour delivery slot given*)
FedEx - from £19.95
(1-2 working day service*)

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UK
Shipping starts from £3.95, priced by weight

We do not ship to PO addresses.
IMPORT CHARGES
We will not charge UK VAT on your order. If you register an account and set a shipping address outside the UK, the website will automatically show you prices excluding UK VAT.
Please note there may be import and custom charges applied your end before the parcel is released. These are out of our hands, and charged by your local Customs and Border Control.
