WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
E-COMMERCE CUSTOMER SUPPORT & OFFICE ASSISTANT

As the role is getting busier and busier, we are looking for an additional full-time E-commerce Customer Support & Office Assistant to join our small, friendly, family-owned team.

We're looking for someone to join the team as soon as possible.
What you'll do:
This varied role focuses on customer support via email and phone, along with office and stock support (and possible marketing or e-commerce support depending on your skillset). Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service for product and order inquiries, mainly via email.
- Managing shipping software and order systems.
- Liaising with couriers and suppliers.
- Assisting with stock, dispatch, and website updates.
- Supporting events and studio prep.
- Providing admin support for our certification team.
- Maintaining a tidy workspace.
Important - about 75% of your time will be spent on customer service as described above. Depending on your strengths, the remaining 25% may be spent assisting with marketing, e-commerce, or stock related activities depending on your strengths and what is required to keep the business running smoothly.

Being a small team, there will be times when you’ll be asked to do other things outside your job role. Our team is flexible and always willing to step outside our roles when needed.
What makes you perfect for this role?
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills - this is vital.
- Customer service experience (email and phone) with a professional but friendly, empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication, reading, and writing skills (including grammar and spelling as much of our customer communication is via email).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage your time and workload efficiently.
- Computer savvy and a decently quick typist.
- Enjoys independently owning tasks and responsibilities.
- Calm, focused, and positive even under pressure.
Bonus points (tell us more!) if you have experience with: E-commerce/mail-order company, FreshDesk/ticketing systems, Shipstation/SendCloud, BigCommerce, Social Media Marketing, Google Analytics, or knowledge of jewellery making/metal clay/resin.

SALARY
12.50/hour
IMPORTANT
We’re a small company with a close team who care for, appreciate, and rely on each other.
You’ll be expected to help out as and when needed in other parts of the company. This could include packing goods and display materials and loading onto a van for the sales team to take off-site (for the right person this may also include additional hours on-site help during events). It might be setting up the studio/meeting space for in-house training or events, or sorting out exhibition material.
